After some thinking and comparing with other Mondials I made the decision to buy the 3.2 from ’87 and drive her home. After 500km at one of the last traffic lights she refused to get in any gears and we needed to tow her home.

So sorry transmission stopped working. These cars need us. We are the ones who are going to take care of them. It is similar to weird deep sea fishing – where I catch a beautiful, large marlin – and then keep the fish alive by spending thousands of dollars to take care of it and enjoy the relatively few moments I have swimming with it – when IT lets me!
The Mondial has caught ME!!
